We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. It is not necessary to have an account with paypal to pay with your credit card. Mia Scentials also accepts checks and money orders. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.

Paypal and money orders receive immediate shipping. Personal checks may be held 8-10 days until they have cleared our bank.

We charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $6.00 per package.

We prefer to ship via USPS Priority, depending on the size and weight of the order. Please note we will ship via USPS Flat Rate, depending on size of the order, for a cost of $7.00 if over 2 lbs. Contact us prior to placing an order if you are purchasing in quantity. We will be happy to combine shipping.

If your order arrives damaged (melted, broken) call us immediatley and we will send you another.

If you purchased a candle and it burns poorly, we will replace it with the same scent, or gladly refund your money once we receive the old candle.
